Business contact details, project files you share with us, usage data from our site, and billing details required to issue invoices. We do not store card numbers; card payments (if enabled) are handled by Stripe.

Data types: No card numbers, business contact information, project files, usage analytics, billing records.

Why we use your data

To deliver and improve services, manage projects and billing, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about your account and services.

Legal bases

Contract performance, legitimate interests (security, service improvement), legal compliance, and consent (for optional marketing/cookies).

Processors

Vendors: Stripe, Google Workspace (email/docs), and project tools (e.g., GitHub, Trello). These vendors process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

Retention

Retention: Invoices 7 years, project data ≤12 months.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS. We use access controls, device encryption, and vendor security features. Card payments (if enabled) are processed by Stripe via hosted pages; we do not receive full card data.
