Refunds & Cancellation

Billing model

Work is divided into weekly milestones. Each milestone is invoiced only after the Client accepts that milestone's deliverables.

Cancellations

The Client may cancel future work at any time before acceptance of the next milestone. No fees are due for unstarted milestones.

Refunds

  • Accepted phases/approved periods are non-refundable.
  • If not accepted, we remedy/credit before invoicing.

Disputes

Please email contact@atmitha.com within 7 days of invoice date with your invoice # and details. We resolve good-faith issues promptly.

Payment methods

ACH/wire are preferred. Card payments (if enabled) are processed via Stripe Checkout with 3-D Secure authentication. We do not store card data.
